The delivery time depends on your location. Domestic orders typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. For international shipments, delivery times may vary based on the destination country. You will receive an email with tracking and delivery details once your order is confirmed.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We recommend checking with your local carrier for any delivery updates or issues. Once notified, we will work with the carrier to investigate the situation. If the package cannot be located, we will assist you in finding a solution

Yes, we offer fabric swatches for most of our fabrics. You can order a swatch to ensure the fabric meets your needs before committing to a larger purchase. Simply visit the product page and click the "Buy Swatch" button at checkout. Swatches are typically priced at $2 each.

Our fabrics are typically 60 inches wide. However, some fabrics may vary. Please contact us for more information.

Our minimum order is typically 1 yard of fabric. For larger quantities or bulk orders, we offer custom pricing.

Return & Exchange

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on any cut fabric, whether it has been trimmed from the manufacturer's roll or has been cut and shipped from our retail inventory.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on any cut fabric, whether it has been trimmed from the manufacturer's roll or has been cut and shipped from our retail inventory.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, in addition a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your fabric order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. To initiate a replacement, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@spandexpalace.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item.
  2. We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions.
  3. In cases where the item is out of stock, we’ll offer a full refund or a store credit.

We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations. However, if your order is still being processed, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
