We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note: Cut fabric, whether trimmed from the manufacturer's roll or cut from our retail inventory, is considered a custom order. Due to the personalized nature of cut fabric, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the fabric arrives damaged or flawed upon delivery. We strongly recommend ordering swatches or color cards to ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection before placing your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, in addition a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and color issues
"Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be advised that the colors of the products depicted may vary slightly due to differences in individual screen settings. Color might also be different on dye lot or on the our web picture. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns based on variations in color perception. To ensure accurate color matching, we highly recommend considering the purchase of our Color Cards or Swatches.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us @ info@spandexpalace.com.
Shipping Delays
Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
- Carrier Delays: Delays in ground, expedited, or international shipping services due to factors like weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or carrier operational issues.
- Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections or clearance procedures.
