We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note: Cut fabric, whether trimmed from the manufacturer's roll or cut from our retail inventory, is considered a custom order. Due to the personalized nature of cut fabric, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the fabric arrives damaged or flawed upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shipping Delays

Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Carrier Delays: Delays in ground, expedited, or international shipping services due to factors like weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or carrier operational issues.
• Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Important :Once your package leaves our facility it is in the carrier's hands. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, risk of loss or damage stays with Spandex Palace until the goods are physically delivered to you or to someone you have nominated — if your order does not arrive, contact us and we will put it right. For all other destinations, risk passes on delivery to the carrier; we will always help you trace the shipment and open a claim, but we cannot refund or reship a package the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
